1. On the ppsitive side: the bellman was very helpful, the parking attendants were very efficient and nice and the wait staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and accomodating.

4. Location: Within a couple of blocks you have restaurants that can cater to different tastes (The Cheesecake Factory, BJ's, Gaucho Grill, Starbucks, etc).

8. For those who like to shop the hotel is surrounded by high end stores, Nordstrom's, Niemen Marcus, etc. for those looking or bargains you will find a Nordstrom Rack, Ross, TJ Maxx, etc. Also great great restaurants near by like Cheesecake Factory.

10. I spend around 10 nights a year in this hotel and am never less than delighted with the staff, valet parking, front desk, house keeping and restaurant staff are all wonderful.
