1. but I was surprised that the furniture in the suite was worn and dirty.

9. I think Four Seasons needs to follow suit with Penninsula that gladly extends early and late checkouts to guests without charge.

10. Lucky enough to stay in an Exec Suite ( had 2 kids) and they put the sofa bed and roll away down each night to accommodate.
