The only downside that we could see is that the furniture in our
Suite
(the chairs and Ottoman/Sofa) are just this side of being worn out.

suit
with Penninsula that gladly extends early and late checkouts to guests without charge.

Lucky enough to stay in an Exec
Suite
( had 2 kids) and they put the sofa bed and roll away down each night to accommodate.
