2. Also on the top floor is a terrific, light filled pool and gym with state of the art machines, including an amazing stationary bike with a monitor that allows you to 'virtually' race through various mountains, very fun and great workout.

8. I'd say the 4 Seasons is a couple of steps ahead certainly based on the lobby staff alone, but the Ritz gym is a lot better and in a similarly good location.

9. They do have a very nice gym with all the most updated equipment such as weight machines, elliptical and treadmills with iPod access, etc. The location is perfect because it's right next to Boston Garden and also near all the great historical sights.

10. Staff were very welcoming, rooms big and beautifully decorated (mine had a nice view over a park), bathroom excellent, breakfast just about perfect and the gym and pool were brilliant.
