On the plus side:- Beautiful hotel- excellent location- big room with decent city views (suite on 11th floor)- good room service- attentive front of house- one of the best hotel bathrooms I've experienced (albeit a bit small) Negative:- this hotel just lacks that something 'special' to make it memorable.

6. I was upgraded to a City View Suite which was incredibly spacious and decadent -- kitchen facilities, large bathroom with rain shower, spacious living room, large-sized Molton Brown amenities.
