2. This one is definitely below standards for staff hospitality, room sizes smaller, fees higher, wallpaper is peeling in bathroom, service is rude even in concierges lounge.

3. Avoid rooms on the east side of the hotel-close to train tracks that are active ALL night.

5. I stayed at Marriot River Walk San Antonio for a conference last weekend: first room had wet carpet, next room had balcony, but outside was noisy and the room was super small (bathroom door kept hitting front door - odd design).
