4. They keep trying to update with new carpets, furniture, etc, but the bathrooms are small, tile cracked, tub marred, the water system not reliable, and the rooms have very low ceilings (especially the bathroom).

10. In the bathroom, there was a used wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain rod - and of all the housekeeping oversights, that is the one I absolutely DESPISE.
