1. Often, in upscale hotels, the Priceline folks get relegated to a room right next to the elevator and/or get treated like second-class citizens.

5. They will put you down a first floor hallway if you have a pet, which is only mildly disappointing for me because I miss out on the small amenities provided in the SPG rewards rooms (free bottled water).

Wow the hotel service was great when we checked in at 12 our room was ready (check in is 3 ) when we went upstairs the rooms were very nice and we got cmplementry brekfeast ( we are spg gold members ) it was nice when we went to appitizers it was chicken and got 2 aolcolhol drinks :-) the pool was half inside half hot tub was broke :-( fittness center was nice and new they had comps did not try them so the hotel was good.

8. If you are an SPG, they have reserved parking for you (not sure how they enforce it) and a good club room with hot and cold breakfast options and evening hot snacks.

9. The rooms are also a good size for the price and now have the upgraded Sheraton bed (not the same as the Heavenly Bed at Westin) but still very nice.

10. They have gone through some renovations so it is an updated Sheraton: nice open lobby, good looking restaurant/lounge and the rooms are in good shape too.
