3. There are some new 'local' selections like pulled pork sandwiches and ribs and some other different choices but room service menus everywhere need more thought and creativity in my humble opinion.

4. The highlights were a very courteous staff, good upgrade as a Platinum SPG member to a 1br suite, fast room service, and a live poinsettia in the room, which I thought was a nice touch.
