4. The lobby, rooms and restaurants were all well worn and badly in need of updating (the hallways remind me of that one scene in the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World with the busy wallpaper and sconces!) .

8. Overcrowded lobby, long lines at the reception desk, room service that cuts off at midnight, threadbare rooms with ill-stocked bathrooms and outdated showers, merciless charges for Internet, and the audacity to charge $* a night.
