3. Currenlty the hotel has construction going on -- soooo much jackhammering, hammering, banging, etc. plus, trash and tools on the balcony's and construction workers walking on your balcony.

7. The hotel also needs a lot of updating - stained carpets, old wallpaper, old furniture and dirty windows - it would have been nice to look at the Washington Monument outside my window - but the dirt covered doors and windows didn't make it look to great + the construction workers walking on the balcony and leaving all their trash - water bottles, pop cans, and various construction items laying on the ground.
