4. It was a composite type bathtub and it was clearly not installed properly because as you stepped on one side of the tub area another area moved.

5. The furniture was old and chipped, there was a table lamp just sitting on the floor, the bathroom had hair on the toilet, tub, floor & vanity and there were used condiments in the fridge.
