1. The lobby is clean and updated but the rest of the hotel is dated and needs a lot of cleaning/updating/painting.

8. The lobby, rooms and restaurants were all well worn and badly in need of updating (the hallways remind me of that one scene in the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World with the busy wallpaper and sconces!) .
