1. I ask for a non smokeing roon, step on the floor the whole floor smell like smoke, went into room same thing, went down to front desk to change my room, all the room was book, by the end of my stay my clothes all smell of smoke.

5. Seems that the previous occupants were heavy smokers (in a nonsmoking room) and turned the AC down to 60 degrees to try and air the room.
