1. I ask for a non smokeing roon, step on the floor the whole floor smell like smoke, went into room same thing, went down to front desk to change my room, all the room was book, by the end of my stay my clothes all smell of smoke.

2. So why is it listed as an option? Also, they had smoking rooms available & changed my room, so why hassle me about it? I will never stay here again.
