The only incident was that the Shuttle
bus
for taking us from airport delayed more than 1 hour, and the hotel is 10 min away.

e when asked if anyone turned in an umbrella my wife left on the shuttle
bus
, the clerk said "no" and she didn't even look)The free breakfasts were fine although they do not have adequate seating for the number of guests.
