5. I ask for a non smokeing roon, step on the floor the whole floor smell like smoke, went into room same thing, went down to front desk to change my room, all the room was book, by the end of my stay my clothes all smell of smoke.

7. We found the daytime shift at the Hampton very friendly and helpful but the night shift was hard to reach and bordering on rude when calling for a late-night shuttle pick-up when returning from Manhattan or stopping by the front desk-if you could get her to come out from behind the wall.
