1. Spent four nights there last week and every staff person I encountered was pleasant and service-oriented, but the layout of the place is odd and the entire atmosphere gives you a sense that you're back in the 1980's; old furnishings in the common areas, dingy colors and sleeping room decor that's bland as can be.
