1. When you're in the bathroom, the door is closed so the closet is opened for friends to grab their things.
"relaxing stay for the weekend " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/17/2011 Vote
2. There was a sliding 'barn door' on the bathroom and closet, which I liked a lot, but it was so heavy that I banged my finger between it and the door jamb a couple of times.
"A good hotel, but not the 'high design' place the pictures suggest " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/8/2011 Vote
3. The closet was adequate.
"We will be back " Read full review on Expedia   9/22/2010 Vote
4. The room furnishings are more "European" in style, so there is no chest of drawers, but I found adequate drawer and storage space in the bedside units, the cabinet beneath the TV, and the closet.
"A super hotel for the Portland vacationer " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/26/2009 Vote
5. Room was nice, but not quite as good as I expected:- Room was an average size, but once you put in a crib and luggage, there is limited space- Bed was average comfort- Workspace was a bit awkward, I had to plug my laptop into an outlet halfway across the room (there was no spare outlet at the table)- Small fridge and in-room safe is provided, which is nice, but the cabinetry holding the fridge wasn't put together very well - it was a bit crooked, so the door didn't close entirely- LCD TV is nice- The bathroom sliding door doubles as the closet door - great way to save space.
"5-star service in downtown Portland " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/24/2009 Vote
6. The only negative is a very, very small one concerning the room design--a single sliding door acts as the closet and bathroom door (it's mirrored), which is a great, efficient use of space, but because it is heavy, tends to slam with loud effect when closing the bathroom side.
"A luscious boutique hotel experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/29/2009 Vote
7. Bed was a little soft and I wasn't fond of the closet-sliding door to bathroom (very heavy & easy to hurt a finger or toe) but I did love the orange, gray and white decor.
"Exceptional Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/20/2012 Vote
8. We heard closet doors being opened and closed by other guests thru out the nite and in the early morning hours.
"Clean and Neat but Noisy after hours " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2012 Vote
9. The closet doors which doubled as the bathroom door were also very loud when opening and closing.
"Clean and Neat but Noisy after hours " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2012 Vote
10. But if your friend is rummaging for their things in the closet and you're in the bathroom, you'll have to wait in the bathroom until your friend is finished and closes the door to let you out.
