1. We were given a special discounted rate for our group, and they even upgraded our daughter's room to a huge corner suite at no extra charge, since she was the bride.

2. valet parking (saved $7 I think off regular charge) and a 'welcome gift' which I called to make sure was going to be something decent not a logo'd pen, turned out to be a bottle of wine so that was fine by us!) Valets were very friendly when we pulled in.

4. After I told them what I was looking for (cell phone charger, toothbrush, and other bathroom items) they quickly produced the items at no additional charge, even the cell phone charger.

9. Flexible about late checkouts - I am NOT a morning person (or sometimes an afternoon person, for that matter), and all I had to do was call down to the front desk and they gave us a 2pm checkout with no charge.
