1. I do wish there was an iron, though the logistics of an ironing board would probably be hard (perhaps a fold down from the closet door).

2. Each floor has a bottled water dispenser and a closet full of extras like towels, blankets, pillows, coffee, irons, etc. My one complaint about the hotel is that both rooms requested extra pillows, since our floor's closet was pretty bare.

3. So, for $119.00, I got a broom-closet of a room, with a tiny bathroom, that smelled like a barroom the morning after an all-night smoke-a-thon.

4. The room was surprisenly small, standard amenities not included (ironing board and iron, bottled water, etc- you have to go to the 'community room' which is really just a maids closet, there was hair on my shower wall, the light switch was splattered with something, the TV remote was very dirty and the first night I didnt sleep due to the toilent running every 15 minutes.

5. It is also extremely inconvenient that each room does not have a iron/ironing board and you have to go to a closet on your floor to get one.

8. I don`t like the self-service aspect of the hotel, especially when you make the trek to the self-service closet on your floor only to find that all the irons and ironing boards are taken (as I did) - they you inevitably have to call guest services anyway.

9. Each floor has a supply closet where you can obtain extra coffee, pillows, blankets, irons etc. The closets are not stocked very well so you may have to run up a few floors to find what you need.
