1. It is well located for a number of restaurants and bars - although many are shut if you stay at weekends when the rates tend to be cheaper as it is in a business district.

8. I took a chance on this unknown (to me) hotel, based on past reviews and the reasonable cost ($69 base rate; $100 total with parking and taxes).

9. There is no room service for breakfast, the most common meal to be ordered in and I learned that the rates I was paying were more than double the 'standard' rate that a few locals stated they come in off the street and get.
