The room was surprisenly small, standard amenities not included (ironing board and iron, bottled water, etc- you have to go to the 'community room' which is really just a maids closet, there was hair on my shower wall, the light switch was splattered with something, the TV remote was very dirty and the first night I didnt sleep due to the toilent running every 15 minutes.

9. I know that they are a membership-based chain, and thus fit more the corporate housing market, but for a chain that does that, I`m surprised that the amenities aren`t at the same quality as other business traveler hotels.
