1. Well they are not that far from the park, have some good bars and clubs close to it as well.

5. It is well located for a number of restaurants and bars - although many are shut if you stay at weekends when the rates tend to be cheaper as it is in a business district.

10. and for the guy who moaned about the homeless people,iv been all over europe and have yet to find a city that does not have beggars,homeless people whatever you want to call them,they are in every city right across the world,oh and i forgot to mention the flying saucer bar round the corner,anyone that enjoys beer will be in their element,def worth a visit.
