1. The rooms were small, but well appointed and the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean and quite nice.

10. The terrific location of this hotel, round the corner from Rittenhouse square, cannot cancel all the problems it has: the rooms have perhaps a nice, romantic atmosphere, but they are dusty, the bathroom is small and not well functioning, the bed is extra soft.
