1. Front desk and valet were very professional and corteous---easy to drop off and pick up car, and check-in and check-out was a cinch.

5. We were expecting a basic high rise and so were suprised at the lavish looking appearance of the hotel, we were greeted by a fully suited doorman who arranged the valet and then dealt with very professionally at reception.

10. When we arrived, we had to check in and get ready for a party quickly, so the door man offered to let us keep our car out front for 20 minutes so we didn't have to valet it and then get it and then go again.
