2. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the rooms was always very clean, the bed was comfortable, internet was reliable and although I stayed on the ground floor, I felt safe as the complex is well lit.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 weeks 28/4/12 - 12/5/12 it is a brilliant hotel rooms are very cosy and had the most comfy bed iv ever slept in we only got home to day and are already on the internet ready to book again for next year the location is great there is a I ride bus stop right out side and cost only 1.50 wich takes you up and down international drive or you can book a place on the shuttle bus wich is free wich takes you to most of the park.

This hotelnhas all you need the rooms was large and spacious we emailed in advanced and asked for a king room rather than a twin double and the bed was so comfy also in the room we had fridge microwave and a safe, we also had the bonus of a large tv with a few channels and ppv movies which we didn't get time to watch.

8. Our room at the hotel was very nice, we had a problem with the toilet flooding when we first arrived but someone came within 10 minutes, cleaned it all, was very apologetic and also immediately called for cleaners to come up to the room to replace all the towels etc. The bed was very comfy.
