1. The pools and surrounding garden areas are very clean and well kept, I was pleasantly surprised to find that towels are also provided free of charge at the pool area.

3. Shuttle buses to theme parks are wheelchair accessible if booked in advance at the ticket desk in the lobby(charge for Disney)Would recommend if looking for clean well placed accomadation particularly if you are a wheelchair user.

5. be careful with taxi's they tend to charge for taking you to your destination and then for them to get back to international drive!11.

6. We used Fun Spot buses for Universal ,Sea World & Wet & Wild,all free of charge, just ring them and they pick you up at your hotel within 20mins.

10. They give you the change back, dont cash up in the banks or hotels as they charge you, best to keep using them in restaurants and pocket the change without a charge.
