1. The reception staff were friendly at check-in and allocated us a high floor room as requested, overlooking the quietest area possible (as the I4 was directly behind the hotel).

2. We spent the start of every evening in the hotel bar for a bit of happy hour before heading out for a bite to eat the bar staff were brilliant and made you feel very welcome, saying that the food in the bar and restaurant was very very good and good value for money.

8. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the rooms was always very clean, the bed was comfortable, internet was reliable and although I stayed on the ground floor, I felt safe as the complex is well lit.
