1. Our room had no tea or coffee facilities, the safe was broken, the bed sheets were dirty and stained.

4. People filling their ice buckets up after youve gone to bed or before you get up can be noisy, I'm sure they could be put somewhere else and not outside peoples rooms.

9. The rooms each have a microwave & fridge -not like a compact hotel bar fridge but an actual extremely LOUD buzzing 1980's kitchen fridge!(that also stinks)We had a stain on our bed-sheets when we got there, making them look like they hadn't been cleaned from the last stay.
