On our last day we had an early evening flight with a checkout time of 11:00 am, no one rushed us out and when we went to checkout, Lyn who knew we were leaving didn't just think okay there going end of customer service, she enquired what time we left, asked about the family, (thought my son was American with his dress sense) She then offered us a room to come back and get changed and showered in if we needed to, which was great so we could getting out of our shorts and t shirts into our traveling gear for a cold return to England.
