2. The rooms were cleand daily, although they did not provide fresh bedding every day and sometimes you had to go to the reception and ask for some towles as they forgot to put them into the bathroom, and sometime you only got 1 handtowel so you had to ask for more bath towles.

3. We found the staff helpful at all times, I did have a couple issues, I wanted to have a bath but there was a rubber bath mat in there, I went to remove it and I don't think it had been removed for cleaning purposes for a while.

4. The rooms:Bathroom - Fittings are dated, screws rusted, bath has some dark stains on the bottom, shower heads (from Psycho), extractors not working, hair dryer not working and socket sparked when plug put into socket.

6. The TV had a big stain on the screen and do not even think about lifting the non-slip mat in the bath - mould and brown stains underneath - took a shower rather than a bath everyday.
