2. the location is great you have wet n wild right across the street, a convenient store right next door and you can pretty much get to most theme parks on the trolley.

6. The first night we were in a back street facing room and when I asked the second night for a room facing the pool since my husband is a light sleeper they were very accommodating.

7. bedding did not get changed and sometimes didn`t have room cleaned till teatime!security not very good as when we were leaving a guest had his wheels stolen from his hire car,security gates and doors left unlocked,anyone could walk in off the street.

8. The hotel is in an excellent location for International Drive, walking distance to Universal, across the street from Wet 'n' Wild, and Disney World is easy to get to by bus.

With all due respect to the management the police were called immediately, The manager gave me a phone card in order to call home to have my cards cancelled etc. The police and management believed that the theif was a chancer- a non resident who walked in off the street for the sole purpose of stealing.
