7. Room keys worked, room (723) was clean, nice king bed, sofa, wi-fi etc. The free breakfast was as described - continental (bagels, orange juice, milk, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee).

8. We stayed at the Hyatt place for 9 nights and couldn't fault it, rooms are very clean and large with a nice seating area with a nice large tv, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and room safe, only down side for me was the soft bed.
