If you've stayed at a Hyatt Place, this is just like all the others: 42' plasma flat screen TV, couch, ottoman, granite counter tops, wet bar, fridge, desk, leather chair, wireless internet, comfy beds, large room, a pool, a free breakfast, etc. I was there in December 2011 for the Champs Sports Bowl to watch FSU beat Notre Dame.
