2. We previously stayed in the Rosen Plaza (2007)which is also a good hotel, but you get so much more at the Hyatt Place (breakfast/fridge in room etc) and it costs less which is always a bonus.

4. Only negative were the limited breakfast options (bagels, oatmeal and cereal) - they have a kitchen and you can order (extra cost) a warm breakfast (eggs, pancakes, etc).
