1. If you are visiting Universal then it's a pleasant enough experience and close enough to walk.

2. Any unsatisfactory review must have been written before or during its renovation, because now it's perfect - very clean (everything is new), excellent location (International Drive within walking distance to nice shops & restaurants), it has a great breakfast and the staff is super friendly.

3. The convention center, many restaurants, Howl At The Moon, Ripleys, BB Kings Blues Bar, Pointe Orlando, etc are all within walking distance of the hotel.
