1. I walked in to a fealthy carbet, old beat up furnature dirty bilows and sheets where I saw human hair and bugs on the bed, poor lighting, so I called the manager and told her I cant sleep in this room, it was 10 pm.

3. They did so without hesitation and even brought us a rollaway bed so both my kids could sleep by themselves (one on pull out and one on rollaway).

9. The pool was nice and tropical, the lobby was spotless, room was clean but again for 5 women the room was rather small for a two bed suite with a pullout couch.

10. We went for a suite and the room was great - kitchenette with table & chairs and a lounge area, plus a seperate bedroom with king size bed.
