1. The front desk staff were well trained and very courteous, the check-in process was very quick, and the lobby area was very clean and well arranged.

2. Guests can use one of three computers (including printers) for free in a small office near the lobby - this is a great resource for internet searches/checking email/printing boarding passes, etc. - available all day and usually not very busy.

Just got back from 4 night stay at the Grand Californian in Anaheim CaliforniaThe great and grand: Hotel lobby has truly breathtaking architecture, cozy fireplaces, location next to Disneyland, DT Disney, and practically inside California Adventure theme park (with private entry from hotel), customer service is outstanding, nice plasmas in room, our room had full view of Disney fireworks!signed up for walk around CA at 7:30 am and was very worth it to see the park empty and get some excercise too.

10. The pool was nice and tropical, the lobby was spotless, room was clean but again for 5 women the room was rather small for a two bed suite with a pullout couch.
