5. I walked in to a fealthy carbet, old beat up furnature dirty bilows and sheets where I saw human hair and bugs on the bed, poor lighting, so I called the manager and told her I cant sleep in this room, it was 10 pm.

9. I advised the front desk manager of what happened and she advised me that the Hotel was still fine tuning their relationship with the cabs / shuttle services in the area.
