I had an issue with a package delivery on my arrival day and the GM and Front Desk
Manager
went above and beyond to help me sort it out even though it wasn't their problem.

I walked in to a fealthy carbet, old beat up furnature dirty bilows and sheets where I saw human hair and bugs on the bed, poor lighting, so I called the
manager
and told her I cant sleep in this room, it was 10 pm.

However I was looking forward to buffet breakfast food was horrible and cold I asked for more milk and I got a rude response from man who claims to be

I advised the front desk
manager
of what happened and she advised me that the Hotel was still fine tuning their relationship with the cabs / shuttle services in the area.
