3. The staff were helpful and friendly and the housekeeping were great, I especally liked the little flurishes they gave to our bed sheets :)Noise was minimal, all we heard was the doors of other guests room shuting occationally.

6. The lobby staff were VERY friendly and helpful, housekeeping always kept the room very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel - they provide two different types of pillows (one hard / one soft).
