Several visits from maintenance didn't solve the problem (I can deal with dirty walls and an uncomfortable
bed
, but A/C in New Orleans is kind of a necessity).

The first night we got there our room was small and in the front of the hotel with a window, The

Room 204 - no windows (even though they were promised), wet stains on
bed
sheets/linens, nasty carpet, ceiling leak in bathroom (all towels were grey and wet) - when people in next room were talking, it sounded like they were in our room.
