1. Several visits from maintenance didn't solve the problem (I can deal with dirty walls and an uncomfortable bed, but A/C in New Orleans is kind of a necessity).

8. we had a stain on our bed sheet that was so large it couldn't be a spilled drink, the only thing i could think of was that it was afterbirth.

9. When we checked in we were given a room with a king bed, we complained to reception and were told they hadn't saved us a twin, we eventually were given the key to a room on the ground floor with 2 beds.

10. Room 204 - no windows (even though they were promised), wet stains on bed sheets/linens, nasty carpet, ceiling leak in bathroom (all towels were grey and wet) - when people in next room were talking, it sounded like they were in our room.
