6. The elevator smelled like urine, the tub was clogged with hair and would not drain, the water was cold, the room was dark and compounded by dead light bulbs and not enough fixtures to light the room, the blinds were bent and broken and carpet was dirty.

7. the last time i stayed here it was beautiful with a huge room with bright windows etc and this time i got a room with out windows the size of a small bedroom with used soap in the tub and the tub dirty.
