5. After getting ready to check-out we thought we had a mere hour to look around in the morning, but the manager stored our bags for us until we were ready to leave.

8. Then, upon check-out the next morning, the valet brought us the wrong car and it took close to 30 minutes for them to find find ours with no apology, offer to make it up to us, nothing.
