6. my first experience was the directions to the hotel on their own website were incorrect and i almost ended up in st augustinethe front desk clerk i called was extremely helpful for my entire stay the front desk manager is an entirely different story she does not need to be in hospitality industry she was extremely rude would not enroll me in trip rewards nor insert my email so i could recieve a survey to rate their hotel i was not the only one having issues with her as several other guests spoke with me regarding their concernsthe facilities and rooms were nice but housekeeping needs some more training (room not vacuumed hair in bed on the floor etc.)the 3-11 clerk was awesome he made it a better stay with his service he is definately in the right field of work.
