1. You could pay to stay at a top of the line resort and have all the great amenities, but then have crappy customer service and it would ruin your stay.

2. ) Not only are the furnishings upgraded, but the room included the amenities we expect as we travel (quality soaps/shampoos, blow driers, etc.) but the room also included a referigerator and a microwave.
