1. The bed covers were disgusting, the carpets were worn and oily and dingy.

2. Ok i generally dont mind motels and basic room however Our first room was dirty with stained sheets, and we found hairs in the bed plus during the night had creaking noises all night from above, in the morning I found , mouse droppings on the floor this was the last straw I complained and was straight away moved to another room as I told them the issues.

3. when we reported an uncomfortable bed, the maintenance man arrived within minutes, diagnosed the problem then offered us the room next door because the bed in our current room needed repair.

4. The front room had a King bed attached to a kitchenette with cupboards for food fridge, microwave, and a table for 2 off of that was a bedroom with 2 queens and TV, and a full sized bathroom.

5. We had our 3 year old daughter who was stuck on the sheets on the bed and couldn't move around because we were terrified she would catch something from the room.

6. If you just want a bed, it's worth saving the money and getting a bus pass, wich on the the first run you can tell them you will be buying your tickets at the machine where the bus stops in front of disneyland gate so you don't have to worry about getting a ticket somewhere else first.

8. alright-we had 2 rooms, both had clogging bath drains and made the whole room stink like sewage-connecting door between 2 rooms was blocked by the bed being NAILED and GLUED to the wall .

9. After complaining for over an hour and going back and forth with the front desk, they gave us a cheap roll away bed, but returned it and just asked for extra blankets.

10. We ended up getting 25% back on our credit card, and the next morning they gave us a 'suite' with a king size bed, two double queens, a kitchen, and restroom.
