1. Upon arriving to early to check in the front desk clerk 'Oscar' was friendly and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot while we went into Disney for a few hrs.

2. I arrived at the hotel friday @11am which my check-in time was at 3pm ,but the front counter clerk oscar greated me with ,a great smile and was very friendly.

3. Front desk was very helpful and was able to check us in 2 hours before the normal check in time which was nice after a 6 hr drive and a beach visit.

I confirmed a late check-in the day before, but when I arrived at 11:15 PM on Jan 16, the room (111) hadn't yet been cleaned - beds were obviously not changed, bathroom had towels on the floor, trash in the basket, etc. The kitchenette did not deliver on the website's promise of in-room coffee, there was no iron or ironing board, and the closet had no hangers of any kind in it.
