1. cheap rate very close to disney, about 8 mins walk to California Adventure if you walk through Disney's Grand Californian and use the hotels own entrance into park saves loads of time, and you can go that way to downtown and disneyland which is about 12 mins walk.

3. A quick walk through Disney's Grand Californian or Downtown Disney car park and DTD and you are at the parks.
