2. Dirty and torn carpet, holes in the curtains, light swithch boken, mold around shower, blood on sheet of one of the beds, no towels in room when arrived and had to call to get them delivered, tub was delaminating, and doors were loose.

4. The enamel in the tub/shower had flaked off to the point that bare iron was exposed, and black mildew was everywhere.

5. The glaze of the bath tub was gone, mold in the bathroom, but I do need to say they did put sticky tiles and paint a while back to hide the old.
