1. The convertible sofa bed was pretty bad.

2. The sofa bed was a little worn down so for couples who have one or more children sleeping on it end up having to allow their child sleep in the bed with them and that means no privacy for parents.

3. can't help but think they bought it for that look-Bed was not the most comfortable, but what hotel bed is?-Called for room service and no one answered, so went down to Bistro 3100 which is their hotel resturant.

5. On our only early morning entry to Disneyland we booked the shuttle for 6.30am and it never turned up - the driver was still in bed when the hotel called her.

6. They should automatically provide sufficient bedding if the hide-a-bed is part of the price/advertising.

7. They only provided one thin/non-warm blanket for the fold out bed and, while you could ask for another, should you really have to.

8. We had two double beds but the kids decided to sleep on the sofa bed so they could have their own room.

9. This was a little frustrating to come back to the room late in the evenings and the bed was not prepared but after after a few days we mentioned it to the front desk and it all worked out.
